About this object

A petrol fueled, nickel coated, boat shaped iron with a spherical fuel container at the rear. The fuel container has a knurled cap and air valve on top and a knurled regulating screw at the rear. A black wooden handle on strip metal is insulated with a strip of asbestos. There is a decorative pattern on either side of the top. There are two air holes in lid and four large and four small air holes on the sides.
