Mantel or shelf clock

About this object

A peak dome shaped wooden case with a round glass window over the clock face at the top and a square glass hinged door at the bottom with a painting (done on the inside) of a beehive and roses. The clock face has roman numerals, two hands and two key apertures. The door handle is a swivel knob. Inside the clock among the clock workings is a chime, a round brass coated pendulum and a key. The case is held together by eight screws onto metal corner plates.
