About this object

Wheelchair made of oak wood with a padded leather back and seat. The back is adjustable on the right side. The leg rest has a decorative cane insert and the wooden footrest folds up. The spoked wheels have a rubber composition tyre and there is a small pivoting wheel at the back that allows the chair to be steered. Wooden push wheels are attached around the outside of the main wheels to allow the patient to move the chair.
