About this object

Tooth brush handle made of bone. It is long and narrow with a large hole at one end (for hanging) and sixteen rows, four holes wide, at the other, for bristles to be plugged into, at the other end. On the reverse side there are longitudinal cuts in the bone at the brush end.
Found in Upper Chinatown.
