It was bought new from T R Taylors by James Clive carrier of Spar Bush. He sold it to Geo Anderson, a farmer of Wrights Bush in 1948, and in 1957 it was sold to the Balfour Volunteer Fire Brigade. In February 1969 it was sold to Vic Hubber of Mataura and in June 1969 to Lachlan McLeod of Charlton. Bill Richardson bought it from him in 1978 for a Bedford chassis to replace it for a hay trailer. Parts of an ex-Army model 20 Reo were used to restore it.
