This vehicle was put together by Ralph Crum of Ashburton using the "Truck Maker Unit" he found at Balfour. The most common of these conversions was the "Smith Form-a-Truck". This is not one of those but is very similar. The conversion may be a Redden. It has an after-market belt pulley at the front. Bill Richardson bought this from Ralph Crum 1997.
