About this objectCookery book; Prize Winning Menus. A booklet of menus for family meals with the compliments of Henry Brothers, Butchers of Main Street Mataura. Henry's Butchery was opened in 1933 by Carlton Henry. His sons Stan and Colin ran it in partnership until 1983. Colin then operated the business until it closed down in the 1990s.
