The two badges on the tie - it depends on the colour of the badges as to whether they are correct or not! If they are correct, the trefoil badge is in the correct place. The other badge - which should show 'BP' - is a Guider's Warrant badge and shows the Guider has completed her training for the position she holds. It is worn at the base of the knot of the tie.
The other two badges - the blue and gold trefoil is the Girl Guide 'World Badge'; the other appears to be another Warrant badge and should not be worn as well as the one on the tie.
