Mustard pot and lid - Narvik Green pattern

About this object

Small mustard pot with straight sides flaring out towards the top. Sides have green colourglaze with line decorations of food and utensils in white. Inside it has a clear glaze. The lid is green on top with a square handle and hole for mustard spoon, clear glaze underneath. Lid is possibly from the Green Bamboo pattern as the Narvik Cook & Serve range had white lids.

Although generally speaking this is the correct lid shape for this mustard I suspect the correct lid for a Narvik one would be white with green detailing on the knob. That is how it is on the lid for the Narvik Green Cook & Serve coffee pot. Auckland Museum has one of those, as do I. Some of the mustard pots had round knobs on their lids, notably the Blue Tango one. The so-called "replacement pattern" mustard pots had square knob plain colour lids (Autumn Splendor had brown, Shasta Daisy yellow etc). This lid may be from a different pattern, Green Bamboo perhaps, which this lid would be correct for.
