This three wheeled battery powered vehicle had a number of features. It was originally designed to allow disabled people to have there own transport. Steering was by means of a tiller connected to the front wheel. Rotating the tiller clockwise gave a choice of 3 speeds. Forward or reverse by a separate control. Anti clockwise rotation provided regenerative control while going downhill. The motor acted as a generator to recharge the battery. The motor was 24 volt. Built in England after the Second World War. Only a few remain in existence.Maker
