Model traction engine, made by Albert D. Oldham. 1/8 scale. Allchin General Purpose 7 Horse Power, 3 shaft engine, no.3251. The only items bought were the safety valve square spring and the steam pressure gauge. All other parts were made by Albert Oldham, including the bronze casting. The boiler (made of copper) tested for 100 pounds working steam, 250 pounds hydraulic test, and 150 pounds per square inch steam test. The engine took four years to make.
