About this object

This is a white hexagon shaped embroidered mat with orange floral decorations and features shell stitch crochet. Possibly used on a dressing table, it was donated by Sheryl Moffat and is believed to have been made by her mother, Dorothy Batt, who ran Menzies College's cafeteria.
