This collection of photographs were taken by Robert (Doug) Story during World War I. They depict various scenes including war vessels, the Panama Canal and Chesapeake Bay.
Robert Story farmed at Jedburgh Station, Mimihau. He served in World War I with the 9th Reinforcements, 4th Battalion, H. Company in the Rifle Brigade.
He died, aged 55 years on 29 September 1950 and lies in the Wyndham Cemetery.
