This is a folder of archival records relating to meat rationing during WWII:

2 ration books in a brown leather folder: these books belonged to Martha Agnes Dunstan of Wyndham and were in use in 1945 and 1946.

Registration Fee Coupon book in cardboard sleeve. The coupon book was dated from 1945-1951. The coupon belonged to David Donald McLeod. The cardboard sleeve that the coupon book is in was given by H & J Smith Ltd, Invercargill and Gore.

Newspaper clipping re meat rationing. which is adhered to an A4 sheet of white paper. The article states the main points about meat rationing, its rules and regulations. In bold letters at the base of the article is the statement, 'BRITAIN NEEDS MORE MEAT, WE CAN DO WITH LESS!'
