This is a glass drip by drop bottle for administering anaesthesia. The cork stopper with metal mechanical lever allows the unaesthetic to be dripped onto an anaesthetic mask.

The bottle contained 100ml Ethyl Chloride B.P. which was applied to the skin in preparation for minor surgeries and injections.
