Painting in oils of the Coat of arms of Lord Baden-Powell of Gilwell, founder of the worldwide Scout Movement, by Fred Coleman of New Plymouth. Coleman was a surveyor with a keen interest in both heraldry and Scouting. From 1956 to 1966 he was National Commissioner Special Duties in Scouting during which time he was responsible for designing certificate, producing a booklet on building Scout Halls, and overseeing badge designs
