A blue triangular Scout scarf with white edging and worn by the 10 South African Scouts who participated in the first Scout Jamboree held in New Zealand, at Dunedin in conjunction with the International Exhibition being held in that city. This scarf was given to Frank Parnham of the New Brighton Troop, Christchurch at the event
