A specially printed certificates printed by Andrews Baty of Christchurch One in grey depicts an image of a Cub with the New Zealand flag on each side and used to be presented to Cub Leaders on their appointment to their position, while the other in blue that depicts a Sea Scout and a Scout was for Scout Leaders. These were in use for a short time after the death of Cossgrove and before extensive use of certificates originating from Imperial Headquarters in LondonCopyright Licence
