About this objectRabbit net; a small, knotted net of heavy string, used for ferreting rabbits. Attached is a carved wooden stake. The net was draped over a rabbit hole and pegged to the ground. When the ferret chased the rabbit out of the hole it was caught in the net by a slip knot.
