Photograph; a small, black and white photograph, depicting a soldier's white cross headstone. Carved in black on the cross: "30055. Pte D. H. Tilson / 23 NZ BN 2/N.Z.E.F. 15.12.1943".

This is the grave of Private David Harold Tilson, a member of the second New Zealand Expeditionary Force, and son of David Tilson and of Mary Tilson (nee McIntosh), of Port Molyneux. David was killed in action in Italy, 15th December 1943.
