Whisky decanter; a ceramic, whisky decanter, glazed in two shades of blue with moulded, white decoration on two sides. The decoration includes a banner with the words "Buchanan's Whisky" over a New Zealand war ship, a soldier and a plane.

A brown transfer on the base appears to read: "James Owen[?] & Nephew, Queen Victoria St, London. 8th Septr 1916".
