About this object
Bonbon dish; a small, silver dish, raised on a circular base. The base is engraved with the Union Steamship Company's flag. Made in Sheffield, England by Walker and Hall.
This dish is said to have washed up on the beach after the wreck of the SS Manuka, December 16 1929, at Long Point.
