Photograph; a black and white photograph depicting am RM50 rail-car at the Owaka railway station, 15th March 1958. This was the first and only rail-car to run on the Catlins River Branch Railway.

The rail-car was sent down from Dunedin after a private opening for railway enthusiasts.
