Photograph; The wedding of Benjamin [Benjaman ?] Spinks and Annie Harrington, held at the home of Mr and Mrs Harrington, Ratanui.
Some of those named in the wedding party are -
Mrs Mussen, Mr Thomas Benjaman Spinks father of John Dryden Spinks, Mary Ann Hunter (Spinks), Mary Jane Spinks, John McDonald (best man), Gertrude Harrington (bridesmaid), Mrs Valentine, Alexander Hunter (with dog), Lillian Mussen (girl in front row third from left, now Mrs H Todd), Ruth Spinks (girl front row fifth from left with dark hair in ribbons), Ethel and Alice Harrington (girls on ground at right ), Mrs Duley, Mr and Mrs Harrington.

I believe Mr & Mrs BT Spinks (mother and father of the groom) are on the extreme left. Next them is Bella Spinks and then Mary Jane Spinks (my mother). I can't pick out John Drydon Spinks or Horatio Spinks. Horatio would have been 24 and died from his wounds in WW1 aged 31 and is buried in Ballileul,Northern France.
