About this object

Spectacles and case; three pairs of gold-rimmed spectacles, each with different shaped lenses, kept in a hinged, blue case. The case is lined with bright, blue velvet and bears a sticker printed with: 'Kindly Return to: Mr Basil F Brough, Box 56, Owaka; Bridgman Fastier and Dean, Optometrists'.
Mr Basil Brough was a pilot during World War Two.
