About this object

Spinning wheel components; five pieces of a wooden spinning wheel, including the wheel with metal handle and four turned pieces (legs or supports). All pieces are varnished. This spinning wheel was brought to New Zealand from Ulster on the ship Robert Henderson in 1870s, by Mrs Glasgow Logan.
