Waistcoat, man's; lightweight white linen with a geometrical weave pattern and pale green thread woven to form geometrical spots, four pockets. Cotton back and fully cotton lined. Front fastens with five buttons, back has fabric tabs, buckle and button for fit adjustment.
The design for the type of buckle on this waistcoat was registered in the 1840s.
