About this object

Large bass drum of the Raglan Caledonian Highland Pipe Band. In 1947 the Raglan Caledonian Highland Pipe Band had its small but enthusiastic beginning. They played at Inglesides, Annual Balls, and Debutantes, sometimes travelling to outside competitions and field days returning with the odd trophy or medals.
