About this object
1. Pale blue moulded felt hat, pale pink and dark blue satin lengths of material are attached at top and swathed around the hat and brim through a loop of each colour at the front. Pale blue hat ribbon sewn at inside brim.
2. Hat pin, teardrop shape at top with pale greenish base (cork?) with gold glitter and pearlised beads glued onto this.
Worn by Veronica Hill Taylor (nee Bennett) on her wedding day to donor’s grandfather Ray Hill Taylor in 1962.
