About this object

White cotton twill weave fabric baby gown. Boat neck, lace trimmed, same trim is on edge of long sleeves. Gathered yoke into hand worked band at waist from which lace trimmed ties emerge. Plain skirt, hand sewn by donor's mother Mrs Meredith Rountree of Waikiekie (Ararua).
