This appears to be a sketch of the rocks at Grangers Pt between big and little Bucklands Beach, looking south. The rocks are now partly covered by the Yacht club haul out area and Centre Board Club House. The house on the rise may be the Buckland homestead. The large tree on the right was used by boat owners up until the 1970s to haul out boats for cleaning and painting. The tree was cut down when the road was made wider. A degree of artistic licence has been used to show a range of features -not quite in their actual position .
