About this object

White: Handmade double thickness. 2 wide frills edged with lace at front, 2 double rows of cord work between frills. Band through centre consisting of narrow frill either side and 3 rows of cord work down centre. 2 wide frills facing back from band top one has lace edge. Plain back under frill. Wide skirt gathered onto bonnet with frill and lace. 2 ties inside front frill.
