Front and side view of Normangarth on Cook Street. It was the home of the Rev. Noble Dole Boyes from his retirement as Vicar of All Saints in 1925-6 until his death in 1970. He bought the property from Mrs Marion Hurst, his furute daughter-in-law's sister. His daughter-in-law was Mrs Hazel Boyes, Ernest Wilfred's wife. Rev. Boyes originally owned the land from the house at 63 Cook Street to and down Abercrombie Street forming a large wedge shaped section. + 1 enlargementMeasurements
