About this object
Apron, dress; a black dress apron with a v shaped waist band and top and hem pleats. A lace trim runs above the hem pleats. It originally belonged to Mrs Margaret Taylor (1871-1948) of Mataura. Mrs Taylor's husband was John Taylor who operated a local rabbit factory from 1893. It came to us via Mrs Taylor's daughter, Nan Willcocks.
