The collection at The Museum of Scottish Lighthouses consists of over 100,000 items. These include archives, photographs, lighthouse lenses and technical artefacts, personal artefacts belonging to light keepers and related articles, books and journals.

The Museum collects information and artefacts about the lighthouses in Scotland and the way that Scottish lights influenced lighthouses across the world.
