About this object
Purchased by Jack Newman in 1933 in San Fransisco and shipped to NZ after being converted to a right hand drive. This vehicle was used as the Newman family car for some years before use as a car for Nelson dignitaries, then later a hire car for tourists.
The vehicle has been used for a variety of services in its life, including a school bus.
Now fully restored, it has made several appearances at the Napier Art Deco Weekend.
