About this object
Letterhead with the New Zealand Cossgrove era Scout logo, an arrowhead surrounded with fern leaves, text across the top "Dominion Boy Scouts" with three dotted lines for completing by ythe user. The top line have the word "Province" at the end, and the last line the digits "191". This would appear to have been a standard letterhead made available to those involved at Provincial level, an administrative level within Scouting around New Zealand. The illustrated letter is from the Provincial Secretary of Wellington Province to the leader of Paraparaumu Scouts
