Card used by cub and Scout participants for the nationwide annual Scout fund raising campaign called "Bob-a-Job". Bob was slang for a shilling, the currency in use at that time, and the Scouts went door to door offering to do a small job for a shilling. The card was used to record all the jobs done and the money earnt.
