Rangiora & Districts Early Records Society & Museum

This museum's extensive photographic collection comprises many photos, taken at the turn of the century and before, of the town of Rangiora, surrounding districts and of the people who lived there. Highlights are a 3,000-strong glass negative collection and photographic gallery. A 1905 sitting room, c.1900 bedroom and early kitchen also feature. The aim is to collect and preserve the history of Rangiora and districts.
