About this object
Known as a Cone Shell it is extremely poisonous. The live animal will stick out a tiny red tip into the sand & wiggle it to attract fish, killing them with its spike - can also kill humans.
Small shell with delicate pattern of yellows, browns & white - with conical ends.
Sometimes called 'Glory of India' in other parts of the world.
