About this object
2 large wooden travelling trunks. Owned by the Strang family, Robert, Euphemia and 3 children, who all came to NZ in 1911. they came first to Auckland and then Matakohe. they farmed for Mr William Smith in Ruawai and then to the flats to work for Mr Ambury snr. the farm was called Langlea. Robert died on his farm 24 Dec 1933 and Euphemia died in Auckland in 10 June 1936.
